Crack kills…or brings holiday joy?

Okay…let’s be real. I’m going to feel guilty no matter what. I’m a mom. It’s what we do. I’m either going to feel guilty because my perfectly and wonderfully made babies are ingesting mood and behavior altering substances that I compare to cocaine in any nutrition class I lead or I’m going to be made to feel guilty because my kids now know the difference between coconut crystals and “crack sugar” and I have apparently stolen all of their Christmas joy and ability to smile.
